1. Individual/CIA Model Bookings
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund of the advance amount.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the advance payment.
• No-shows on the day of the shoot will result in no refund.
2. Corporate or Bulk Shoot Bookings
• Cancellation policies will be governed by the terms mentioned in the custom proposal or agreement.
• Any cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a logistical fee, deducted from the advance paid.
3. Platform Rights
• CIA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any shoot due to unforeseen situations like weather, safety, or operational issues. In such cases, users can opt for a reschedule.
