(Applies to CIA Models, Photographers, and Makeup Artists uploading or participating in content sold via CIA)
By signing up to Camera in Action (CIA), you agree to the following:
1. Grant of License
You grant CIA a worldwide, royalty-bearing, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, display, distribute, promote, modify, and sell the content uploaded or produced with you.
2. Content Usage
Your content may be used in editorial, commercial, digital, print, or promotional formats by buyers, under license terms set by CIA.
CIA may crop, edit, watermark, or enhance your content for branding, safety, or aesthetic purposes.
3. Model Releases
All CIA Models (including child artists) must submit signed model release forms.
For contributors under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf and provide identity proof.
4. Earnings & Royalties
Contributors are eligible for royalties ranging between 5-10% (or as specified) for every purchase or license of their content.
Royalties will be processed after clearance of payments and successful KYC completion.
5. Termination
CIA reserves the right to remove or terminate contributor access if terms are violated or content is reported for legal or ethical reasons.
