These terms apply to all users, including individual clients, CIA Models, photographers, makeup artists, and buyers of stock images.
1. Account Registration & Eligibility
• All users must provide accurate, complete information during registration.
• CIA Models under 18 must be registered and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
• CIA reserves the right to verify identities and decline or suspend accounts found to be in violation of our terms.
2. Use of the Platform
• You may use CIA to book shoots, showcase portfolios, buy or license stock images.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any misuse of the platform, including illegal, abusive, or unethical activity, may result in termination of your access.
3. Bookings and Shoots
• All photoshoot bookings are subject to availability and prerequisites shared before confirming the shoot.
• Users are expected to meet minimum requirements (e.g., attire, readiness, location) to proceed with a shoot.
• CIA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule shoots in case of unforeseen circumstances.
4. Content Ownership and Licensing
• When your content (photos, videos, etc.) uploaded to CIA, you grant us the rights to use, display, promote, license, and sell it as stock footage, unless agreed otherwise.
• CIA retains the right to edit, enhance, and watermark content for quality and branding.
• Buyers who license images from CIA are granted limited, non-exclusive usage rights as per the license type selected (e.g., editorial, commercial).
5. Payments and Royalties
• CIA Models, photographers, and makeup artists may earn royalties or payouts when their content is licensed or selected.
• All payouts are subject to KYC verification and may take up to 30 business days post-purchase/license.
• CIA reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes or processing charges.
6. Intellectual Property
• All content on CIA — including logos, graphics, stock images, and text — is owned or licensed by CIA and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale of CIA content is strictly prohibited.
7. Code of Conduct
Users must act respectfully and professionally during all CIA interactions — online or offline.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.
9. Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of CIA after updates indicates your agreement to the revised terms.
