1. Photoshoot Services
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will not be provided if the user fails to meet the shoot prerequisites or cancels post-shoot confirmation without a valid reason.
2. Stock Image Purchases
All stock image and video sales are final and non-refundable.
In rare cases where the content is found to be technically unusable, users can write to us within 48 hours for a credit or replacement.
3. Requisites Add-On
If a user pays for additional requisites (attire, props, makeup) and cancels, a partial refund will be provided after deducting material or service procurement charges.
